as part of our science work this year we have looked at what plants need to live. We were all given 2 plates and some Cress seeds, we had to decide which conditions were needed to germinate the seeds. Some of us placed our seed plates in cold dark places (the store cupboard) other placed theirs on top of radiators (these dried out too quickly).
i can remember in year 5 when we made cress sandwiches and in year six we discovered where cress needs to be to grown.
